Items may be returned up to 10 days and must have receipt and tags attached. (Please note: Kit Shop has final say)
All returns will be refunded in the matter that they were paid.
Textbooks must be returned within 10 days of purchase in resaleable condition as per Publishers policy.
Shrink-wrapped course materials or textbooks will not be refunded if the wrap is open.
Clothing must be scent free. (i.e. perfume, smoke, etc)
Sale merchandise may be returned for store credit only. Anything stamped final sale (clearance items) cannot be returned.
The kit shop will make every effort to replace any defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
