Kit Shop Return/Refund Policy

 

•  Items may be returned up to 10 days and must have receipt and tags attached. (Please note: Kit Shop has final say)

•  All returns will be refunded in the matter that they were paid.

•  Textbooks must be returned within 10 days of purchase in resaleable condition as per Publishers policy.

•  Shrink-wrapped course materials or textbooks will not be refunded if the wrap is open.

•  Clothing must be scent free. (i.e. perfume, smoke, etc)

•  Sale merchandise may be returned for store credit only. Anything stamped final sale (clearance items) cannot be returned.

• The kit shop will make every effort to replace any defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
